Wraps
Here's a wrap that is easy to sew and fun to make. It is so simple to make, packs beautifully and adds panache to any outfit. It's the perfect cover-up for a breezy day or an air-conditioned room where you need something but don't want to wear a jacket or sweater.
Your wrap can be casual or elegant -- it all depends on your fabric choice. Choose a fabric that is attractive on both sides as part of the "wrong" side of the wrap shows on the right side of the completed garment. Consider silk dupioni, raw silk, lace, brocade, handwovens, textured woolens, double-knits, lame, and fabrics with interesting weaves or textures. Or if you wish, you can make your wrap using two layers of fabric, however your wrap will not be reversible. Instructions are included.
